We are an Independently Owned and Operated Business. We are bound by the National Privacy Principals. We collect personal information about you in this form to assess your Application. We may disclose personal information about you to the Owner of the property to which this Application relates. If this Application is successful we may disclose your details to Service Providers relevant to the Tenancy including Maintenance Contractors and the Landlord’s Insurers. You have the right to access personal information that we hold about you by contacting our office. If you do not complete this form or do not sign the consent below then your Application may not be processed.

PRIVACY CONSENT

I, the Applicant, acknowledge that I have read the Privacy Notice of A&J REALTY SERVICES GROUP T/A VARSITY SHORES. I authorise A&J REALTY SERVICES GROUP to collect information about me and disclose it to the following if need be:- Salespeople (Primary or Secondary Agents), Valuers, Tradespeople, The Lessor, Other Agents, Data Base Operators (eg TICA), Debt Collectors, Other Property Managers, Body Corporate and Insurance Companies.

Terms and Conditions

When you vacate your room at Varsity Shores, the following expenses will apply: Cleaning of bedroom, bathroom & common areas

• Room A & D = $223.00 + Carpet Clean Room A & D = $38.50
• Room B & C = $190.00 + Carpet Clean Room B & C = $38.50
• Room E = $267.00 + Carpet Clean Room E = $66.00
• Mattress Hygiene = $27.50

If you stay in your room at Varsity Shores for consecutive semesters please note the above charges do not apply, however there is an end of semester common area clean costing $98.00. Cleaning cost will only cover a basic clean. If you leave excess rubbish or dishes in the sink & did not take care to keep the condition of the Villa up to the Company standard, extra charges will apply. Other costs that may apply are missing inventory and/or damage to Villa. Please note all cleaning prices are subject to change without notice.

1. Credit card facility is available for payment of rent – Please note 2.5% credit card surcharge will apply (incl of GST).

2. Lock-out fee $66.00.

3. Disturbances addressed by Security will incur a fee of $100.00.

4. All vehicles on the premises must be registered & no mechanical work may be carried out.

5. Please note a fee will be charged for oil removal that has leaked from any vehicles.

6. Vehicles are to be parked in allocated spaces only or they will be towed away at Owner’s expense.

7. Under no circumstances are Residents to park in Visitor’s car parks.

8. Only approved persons on the Rooming Accommodation Agreement can reside within the room & common areas of the property at any time.

9. If the Tenancy Agreement is broken, the Tenant is liable to pay the rent for the duration of the Tenancy Agreement & for the Break Lease Fee which is equivalent to one week’s rent. The cost of advertising will also be incurred.

10. The Provider & the Resident agree that the cleaning of the common areas is to be done by the Resident during the Lease Agreement.

11. Failure to return Keys, Key Tag, Gate Tags & Remote’s will incur a replacement fee.

12. The Tenant is liable for any costs for the replacement of missing or damaged inventory within their allocated room & Villa or common area.

13. Tenants are responsible for the actions of their visitors and guests whilst they are within Varsity Shores.

14. Tenants are not permitted to store excessive belongings of theirs or their friends within the Villa including the Garage during a semester change over break.

15. Only approved storage within the Villa including the Garage is that of those who are on the Rooming Accommodation Agreement & paying a weekly rent.
